Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind Returns

We want you to be happy with your Fortuna Sunset purchase.

If you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product:

  • Is unused and unopened
  • Is in its original condition and packaging
  • Has not been damaged or altered
  • Is returned with proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and sunscreen products cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. Photos may be requested to help us assess the problem.
